We provide a collaborative ‘can-do- approach to ascertain Business and IT requirements, identify opportunities for improvements to functions and processes, then design, sell and implement solutions to deliver results.

Acting as a bridge between Business/Management, IT/Technical and Supplier teams we work closely with people at all levels to scope Business requirements and translate into Technical solutions which are then promoted in terms of benefits, improvements and savings to Senior stakeholders and Management teams.

Our Programme, Project and Delivery Management services are led by Iqbal Singh who is also a Director of Isacka. Iqbal has 20 years’ experience of delivering Business, IT, Transformation, Improvement and Change programmes and projects across multiple industries.

He began his career in IT Technical consultancy before moving into IT/Technical Project Management and then Business/IT Programme and Project Management. He possesses first hand experience of the needs, interests and challenges of both business and IT teams and how to deliver solutions that benefit both teams as well as their organisations.

He is an accredited MSP Practitioner, Prince2 Practitioner and holds certifications in Agile Project Management and Change Management.
