• Managing transformation, consolidation and integration of acquired companies across Europe into national business services and centralised UK IT services, resulting in 25% increase in service improvements and cost savings of £0.85m for an IT Services client

• Managing prioritisation, planning, transformation and migration of business-critical IT applications and services, with updated business processes, resulting in 25% increase in service improvements and cost savings of £0.75m for a Healthcare sector client

• Review of £1m AI solutions with generation of business cases outlining service delivery improvements of up to 25% across 20 internal business functions and processes via use of AI, Automation and Cloud tools for an Education sector client 

• Migration and integration of large SAP & CRM solutions across Europe into a centralised UK-based host environment from acquired companies resulting in service improvements of 30% and savings of £0.5m for an IT Services client

• Setup of a co-located data centre followed by the design, procurement and setup of services and infrastructure to host migrated business critical applications and data for a Healthcare sector client

• Scoping of IT requirements with recommendations on solution designs for 2012 London Olympics Games for  a Healthcare sector client
