Start-up

Requirements

• Capture of current as-is processes, services and solutions with data flows, decision points, rules, alerts and reporting

Solutions Design

• Identification of to-be solutions with solution appraisals, pros/cons, cost/benefit analysis and delivery approaches
• Identification of opportunities, benefits and improvements all linked to your business and IT plans, strategies and goals
• Understand what will change, what/who is affected and how, and identify approaches to manage change

Procurement

• Identification and setup of procurement requirements which align to to-be solutions, benefits and savings 
• Input into and leading tenders (RFIs/RFPs), identification and selection of suppliers, and input into contracts/SLAs

Development & Implementation

• Development and implementation of solutions using Agile, Waterfall and Prince2 and any in-house methodologies
• Setup of test plans and scripts for functional, user, and system testing aligning to requirements and deliverables

Go-live & Support

• Setup of pre/post go-live checklists, task lists, comms plans, resourcing needs, constraints and dependencies
• Plan and manage the handover of final solutions and deliverables to support teams including documentation
• Review of post go-live results, lessons learnt and recycling of reusable processes, components and templates
